Project Evaluator - Part Time, Contractual
Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- Develop written evaluation plans for the project based on established
Program objectives, including making adjustment to existing plans
Based on changes in program implementation.
- Implement evaluation plan to ensure that all process and outcome evaluation
plans are on track with project timeline and with the proposal results framework
following the relationship between each activity and the achievement of results,
strategic objectives and overall program goals.
- Create and update instruments for evaluation including tools for collecting
Process and outcome evaluation data.
- Coordinate and meet with Project Director to ensure evaluation objectives are being met.
- Collect data from Atlyss (on line system) and analyze data from project.
- Analyze date, create internal and DOL reports
- Document program activities and accomplishments
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Social Services or related field with an emphasis on monitoring
and evaluation or equivalent experience.
- Strong written and interpersonal communications
- Experience with data collection, management, analysis and reporting
- Demonstrated mastery of qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Experience in monitoring and evaluation of community-based programs
